个人简介:
主要从事植物病理学、植物病害生物防治、植物内生菌、PGPR(根际促生细菌)、植物真菌病害等方面的研究工作。研究内容主要包括两个方面:一方面是快速筛选高效防病微生物,开发生物农药和生物肥料;构建菌种资源库,获得有防病促生效果的微生物资源,对高效菌株进行安全性评价,并研发应用技术。另一方面是以高效生防芽胞杆菌为材料,建立芽胞杆菌防病机制的分子遗传学研究体系;通过基因缺失和互补、转录组学、代谢组学等生物信息学等手段,发掘与生防能力相关的遗传资源,解析芽胞杆菌和植物根系互作的调控机制,探索提高生防菌在植物根部定殖能力的有效手段。近5年共主持科研项目6项,其中国家自然科学基金1项,贵州省自然科学基金重点项目1项,中国博士后科学基金1项等;作为主要完成人参与国家现代农业柑橘产业技术体系项目、中国烟草总公司贵州省公司科技计划项目、中国烟草总公司广西壮族自治区公司项目等19项。近5年在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Plant Disease、植物病理学报等国内外杂志发表论文54篇,其中SCI 28篇;第一作者或通讯作者发表论文33篇,其中SCI 21篇;授权发明专利9项,授权实用新型专利2项(已转化)。目前担任Plant Disease、Crop Protection、Microbiology Spectrum、Hortscience、农业资源与环境学报等杂志的审稿人。目前承担本科生《永利博彩》、《永利博彩》、硕士生《永利博彩》和博士生《永利博彩》等课程的教学。
